How long does delivery take for furniture items?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days for items in stock. Larger furniture pieces requiring a two-man delivery team may take 7-10 working days, and you will be contacted to schedule a convenient time slot.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for large furniture returns, a collection fee may apply unless the item is found to be defective.
Do you offer assembly services for your products?
Most of our furniture is designed for easy self-assembly with instructions included. While we do not currently offer an in-house assembly service, our customer support team is available to guide you through any part of the process.
Are the colors on the website accurate to the real product?
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to different screen calibrations and natural variations in materials like wood and velvet, slight color differences may occur.
